We bought this bean bag as we move up our nearly 2 year old to his new "big boy" room. We wanted to have comfortable, durable items that were easy for him. I was a little concerned about the reviews that said it was difficult to get into the liner, but the product arrived quickly and I was able to stuff it into the liner in a few minutes. I would recommend leaving it compressed (as it came from packing) and getting it into the liner, and then mushing it up to give it more the bean bag feeling once in.

My son loves what he calls his "special chair" and even wanted to sleep on it a couple of nights. Even though it is the small size, my husband and I can fit on it well enough to read a book before bedtime.

I haven't had to wash or clean it yet, so I can't comment on durability, but the fabric seems strong and easy to clean.

I like the overall appearance and style of this chair - however, I would have appreciated a "heads up" on the following issues: [...] the chair is too tall for my 18 month old (she's 35" tall); the chair is overstuffed and requires some 'de-stuffing' (very messy!)

I bought 2; one for my 6 year old and one for my 3 year old. Both kids have a hard time "shaping" the bean bags (foam is very stiff). They seem very durable, but not very comfortable. Don't expect to sink down into the bean bag chair and get comfy - it takes some work.
