I was initially disappointed because the foam came separate from the bag and liner. I wasn't expecting to have to set it up. However, it was simple. It took about 10 minutes to set up. We bought it for our gameroom. We wanted something for the kids to sit on without having to put a sofa since it's on the 2nd floor. It is perfect! Our kids love it.
